History

August 2004
The original business, which was receiving major venture capital investments, eventually split into two separate businesses. WELLCOM, Inc. was established to control and manage one of these two businesses.
August 2005
A human resource development department was established in WELLCOM, Inc. as a special division for evaluating and training staff.
March 2006
WELLCOM, Inc. obtaines all shares of C&T MOBILE SUPPORT Co., Ltd which located its head office in Okinawa City, Okinawa. Due to this fact, WELLCOM, Inc. obtaines a 350 seat contact center facility.
April 2006
We started a customer support business dealing with PC related products as C& MOBILE SUPPORT.
September 2006
WELLCOM, Inc. establishes its Osaka business office.
October 2006
WELLCOM, Inc. establishes its Akihabara contact center.
November 2006
We started a customer support business for a major ADSL company as C&T MOBILE SUPPORT. Due to our expanding business, we established the "Yuimaru Center" which includes both a hiring/training base and a 100 seat contact center booth.
January 2007
WELLCOM, Inc. establishes its IT Solution division.
March 2007
We established "WELLCOM Partners, Inc. (as SPRING, Inc. at present)" and obtained 80% of the shares published by WELLCOM, Inc.
July 2007
We obtained all shares of anew planning, Inc., which has been running an IT solution business and an internal control consulting business, such as J-SOX. anew planning became a wholly owned subsidiary company.
September 2007
We established SPRING COMMERCE, Inc. to run an outbound contact center and a sales support business.
September 2007
We changed the trade name from WELLCOM Partners, Inc. to SPRING, Inc.
October 2007
We changed the trade name "WELLCOM", from Japanese characters to English.
February 2008
We established "BEST ROAD SYSTEM Co., Ltd." with JAPAN BEST RESCUE SYSTEM Co., Ltd. (The representative director: Nobuhiro Sakakibara, head office: Nagoya City, Aichi) for the expansion of our contact center business and a full-scale entry into road services.
March 2008
We obtained all shares of Market-X Co., Ltd. which has been running a sales support business and a sales strategy consulting business. Market-X Co., Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary company.
June 2008
We established "ECO SMILE PLUS Inc." by doing a joint investment with JAPAN BEST RESCUE SYSTEM Co., Ltd. and KFE JAPAN Co., Ltd. to sell "Recycle Motor Scooters" as part of our action towards helping the environment.
